Well, hello there! I’m Iulia, a fitness, health and wellness enthusiast, vegan, animal lover, beach enthusiast, passionate about traveling and spreading positive vibes.
People often ask me how I became interested in sports. It took years of educating and devoting myself, but this decision, to turn my life around was the best I could ever take.
I believe you should become the best version of yourself and you should work every single day to achive it – physicaly, mentaly, and spiritualy.
I love to make up vegan recipes or new workouts and I have a basic approach to nutrition – I eat simple, vegan, healthy stuff, and I cook my meals at home as often as I can.
When I think back ten years ago, I remember I never imagined my passion and dedication to fitness would turn into a career choice and that I would embark in this amazing journey full of opportunities. Sure, life isn’t always as happy as we want it to be, but our focus should be on the positive side of the things.
I would love it if you knew the real me, how I started my fitness journey, how I got to where I am today and how much I enjoy inspiring others. In fact, every time someone tells me I inspired them to do something good for themselves, like getting up in the morning for a good sweaty workout or cooking something healthy, makes my heart melt.
Even when I was a little girl I was into sports, I enjoyed little things like playing volleyball and doing karate, taking part in numerous sports throughout high school, but I never considered a career in fitness. It wasn’t until I met people passionate about sports and proper nutrition that made me more interested in these two topics, which I later turned into a lifestyle, as I fell in love with it.
Since 2012 I’ve been a personal trainer and in that time I’ve educated and encouraged others to improve their health and to become fitter and more confident.
In 2015 I decided to push my body limits and to train harder, as I would enter my first bikini competition.
I won first place in the national bikini competition and I felt so accomplished and proud of myself.
Since 2017 I developed an interest in yoga and I have been practicing it to physically awaken my body and to develop mindfulness both on and off the mat.
In 2018 I returned to an older passion of mine, the martial arts, and I began to take kickboxing lessons, which is excellent choice for self defense, discipline and fitness.
How do I stay so happy and positive all the time? Well, I do believe you have to work to achieve happiness. So I never forget to be grateful for everything that I have, because even though life isn’t perfect, happiness isn’t about getting what you want all the time, it’s about loving what you have.
As for myself, I have found my purpose in life. Is to inspire and help others, to motivate them to be healthy, happy, fit and confident, not for a quick beach body, but as for a lifestyle. It all starts with accepting yourself and loving yourself as you are right now, but wanting to be better for yourself. And even though you can train and eat healthy to lose weight and achieve your desirable body goals, your purpose should be to improve your psysical and mental strenght in a balanced way and make it into a lifestyle, to create longevity and great joy in your existence.
