8 steps to get rid of cellulite
Cellulite – that friend that doesn’t wanna leave you. The one that happens from unhealthy eating, the lack of physical movement and too much stress in your life. 🤪
If you want to defeat it and correct the imperfections caused by it, i’ll give you 8 steps that will help you in this goal!
Here are the most important advices i can give you, to get rid of cellulite:1. Stop eating aliments that have a high percentage of refined white sugar, brown sugar, rice sugar, corn sugar, glucose sugar, in their composition. Swap sweets for fruits and eat them until 4 pm.2. Give up on bakery products. They’re
a combination of fatal ingredients for your body, but also for your emotional moods.
3. Let go of those lil’ snaks during the day.
4. Eat your aliments in their most natural state.
5. Get your daily needed nutrients.
6. Replace store juices with home made fresh ones ( grapefruit, forrest fruits, limonade, green apple, carrot, etc )
7. Do as much physical exercise as you can. Include in your schedule, at least 2-3 times a week, other sports activities: swimming, bike riding, jogging, etc.
8. Hidratate! Drink lots of water. Drink even when you think you’re not thirsty. I recommend you always carry with you a bottle of water. Many times, people confuse the hunger sensation with the thirst one and end up having a snack that isn’t all the time healthy.
Hidratate before eating something between meals.
