8 steps to get rid of cellulite

Cellulite – that friend that doesn’t wanna leave you. The one that happens from unhealthy eating, the lack of physical movement and too much stress in your life. 🤪

If you want to defeat it and correct the imperfections caused by it, i’ll give you 8 steps that will help you in this goal!

Here are the most important advices i can give you, to get rid of cellulite:1. Stop eating aliments that have a high percentage of refined white sugar, brown sugar, rice sugar, corn sugar, glucose sugar, in their composition. Swap sweets for fruits and eat them until 4 pm.2. Give up on bakery products. They’re
a combination of fatal ingredients for your body, but also for your emotional moods.

3. Let go of those lil’ snaks during the day.

4. Eat your aliments in their most natural state.

5. Get your daily needed nutrients.

6. Replace store juices with home made fresh ones ( grapefruit, forrest fruits, limonade, green apple, carrot, etc )

7. Do as much physical exercise as you can. Include in your schedule, at least 2-3 times a week, other sports activities: swimming, bike riding, jogging, etc.

8. Hidratate! Drink lots of water. Drink even when you think you’re not thirsty. I recommend you always carry with you a bottle of water. Many times, people confuse the hunger sensation with the thirst one and end up having a snack that isn’t all the time healthy.
Hidratate before eating something between meals.

The comfiest fitness accessories: The elastic bands

As you well know, if you follow me on my Instagram account, since I’ve discovered the elastic bands, I’ve fallen head over heels in love with them. 😄 I’ve been testing and using them in my workouts for over 1 year, to discover all of their qualities!

Currently, 70% of mine and my client’s workouts include these bands. Getting so many of questions about them, questions such as: where did I purchase them from, how do they help, how can they be used, I’ve decided to step in and help all of us.
And by doing so, we can together enjoy what they have to offer.

Here are some details and suggestions on how the bands can be used:

I’ve decided to produce a set of 4 bands, with different resistance levels, so they can be used by all, no matter the level they are at: from beginners to hardcore advanced athletes

• Each band can be used both for working out the arms or the legs, depending on the strength that you have or the intensity you want to give your workout.
• You can use 2 resistance bands at the same time for a “total body workout”.

For example:

  • You can use the yellow loop for your arms and the green one for your legs, by doing so, you can perform 2 exercises at once, or, simply, if one resistance band will be held in tension, the muscles performing the isometry will be put to work. 🙂
  • The black band has the toughest resistance, so, if you are a beginner, I recommend leaving it on the side for now!

Don’t feel bad for not being able to use it for the moment.
My idea when conceiving the bands was that they would always be useful, that you would mix and change them in exercises, based on what you want to obtain from them and the workout.
This doesn’t mean that the yellow band is only for beginners. There are exercises in which it is used even by the most advanced workout participants. 🙂

The biggest advantage: you can use them anywhere, anytime.

What I like most about these bands, is that you don’t need a big or a special organized space, to use them.
Taking into consideration that in our days, everyone is pressed by the lack of time, these elastic bands help you get your “dose of movement”:

  • during the day, even at the office;

  • home, while you cook;
  • in the hotel room, when you are away with work, or even maybe on your vacation;
  • on the beach;
  • in the park, while you relax with your baby;

  • at the airport;
  • on the plane: its highly recommended that we move during flights;

For easier carry and store capacity, each set comes with a small bag! 🙂
