Renunta la alimentele ce au un continut crescut de zahar alb rafinat, zahar brun, sirop de orez, sirop de porumb, sirop de glucoza. Inlocuieste dulciurile cu fructe, pe care sa le consumi pana in ora 16:00 maxim.<\/p>\n<p>2. Renunta la produsele de panificatie. Ele sunt o combinatie de ingrediente fatale atat pentru organism, cat si pentru starile emotionale.<\/p>\n<p>3. Renunta la acele \u201cciuguleli\u201d din timpul zilei.<\/p>\n<p>4. Consuma alimentele in starea lor cat mai naturala.<\/p>\n<p>5. Ia-ti aportul zilnic de nutrienti necesari organismului tau.<\/p>\n<p>6. Inlocuieste sucurile din comert cu fresh-uri facute in casa (grapefruit, fructe de padure, limonada, mere verzi, morcov etc.)<\/p>\n<p>7. Fa cat mai multe exercitii fizice. Include in programul tau, de cel putin 2-3 ori pe saptamana, si alte activitati sportive: inot, mersul pe bicicleta, jogging etc.;<\/p>\n<p>8. Hidrateaza-te, bea apa si cand crezi ca nu iti este sete. Iti recomand \u00a0sa ai mereu in geanta, cu tine, o sticla de apa. De multe ori, oamenii confunda senzatia de sete cu cea de foame si sfarsesc prin a rontai ceva care nu este neaparat sanatos.
